What to Expect

 

My goal is to prepare you for the day you won't need me anymore. No matter where you are on the road to change, psychotherapy can help you feel more empowered, self-aware, and strong enough to live the life you love.

Book a Visit

 

Taking the first step and making a phone call or writing an email can be difficult. You can feel at ease knowing that I am here for you, and I will try to make your first step as easy as possible. You can book a visit easily and automatically here.

 

After you've made your booking, you will receive an e-mail with all the information you will need to prepare for our first session. I encourage you to take the time to reflect and write down the challenges you are facing and would like to focus on.

The First Session

During our first session, I will conduct a thorough diagnostic interview with you. I will collect information about your difficulties and your past and present life, as well as assess your strengths. Diagnostic consultations may take up to two sessions.

 

The first meeting is also an occasion to reflect on how you feel in my company. Therapy is a very human process and it is important that you feel at ease and comfortable.

One of the most important aspects of cooperation is the awareness that the experience will be safe and reassuring for you. If for any reason you feel that you are not at ease with me, I will ask you to take care of yourself first and share these feelings so that I can refer you to another therapist worth recommending.

Your Therapy Plan

 

After the diagnostic consultation, I will discuss the treatment plan with you, including the techniques best suited to your needs.

Just remember: everybody struggles, sometimes.
